Delivery & Returns

All items are hand made to order and you can expect an exciting wait of 7 - 10 days for anything labelled "accessories" to 4-6 weeks for larger items. These are my timescales, however once the item is in the post, then it is down to Royal Mail to deliver. An email will be sent to notify you of dispatch so you can keenly await your purchase in the post. If you have not received your purchase within 14 days of posting then contact me immediately.

I of course want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied for whatever reason on receipt of your purchase then please contact me with your problem and I will try and resolve it in whatever way possible.

To help you make the right purchase, samples of leather can be sent out to customers for colour matching- please email me to request this. And I would always encourage prospective customers to try and see my products first hand at one of my events
